Refund Policy

 

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase! Therefore, I offer a 100% return policy on any purchases other than commissioned work. With any commissioned work, the 50% deposit is nonrefundable.

To return a product, you are responsible for contacting me within one week of receiving the product with a valid reason for return. Products must be returned in their original condition and you agree to incur all costs to return the product, including (but not limited to) insuring the product for safe return. Damaged work will not be refunded.

After the product is returned safely, your purchase will be refunded in full, minus the shipping and insuring costs Sara O'Connor Fine Art incurred in sending you the product.
